Ingredients
- 6 figs, roughly chopped
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp pepper
- 100g feta
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Method
- Chop the figs into quarters and arrange on a large platter.
- Sprinkle the feta, salt and pepper over the figs
- cover with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze
