  • 6 figs, roughly chopped
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 100g feta
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)


  1. Chop the figs into quarters and arrange on a large platter.
  2. Sprinkle the feta, salt and pepper over the figs
  3. cover with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze
